Small
The CELL-DYN Emerald is small and weighs less than 20 lbs. (9 kg). The CELL-DYN Emerald doesn't take up your valuable counter space as it measures only 9.8" wide (25 cm) by 13.8" deep (35 cm).
Easy to Use
The CELL-DYN Emerald has easy to use software controlled by a color touchscreen with a built-in keyboard.
Reagent lot numbers and expiry information are easily entered using the barcode scanner. Patient information from barcode labels may also be scanned into the system.
Daily operations include a one button startup. Shutdown occurs automatically at the end of your workday. Maintenance includes monthly bleaching of counting chambers and semi-annual lubrication of pistons. There is no daily or weekly maintenance!
Reliable
The CELL-DYN Emerald has robust hardware with only a few moving parts making it easy to maintain and service.
