Summer saw the arrival of two new members of the Abbott ARCHITECT immunochemistry family: the ARCHITECT c4000 clinical chemistry analyzer and ARCHITECT ci4100 integrated immunoassay and clinical chemistry system. With varying throughput analyzers, the ARCHITECT family can now offer any sized lab the ideal solution for improved efficiency.

ARCHITECT c4000 and ci4100: Greater Efficiency and Workflow

The ARCHITECT c4000 and ARCHITECT ci4100 analyzers are designed to provide small to medium laboratories with technologies and innovations usually reserved for larger volume systems. The systems employ identical technologies, reagents, and software used on the ARCHITECT ci8200 and ci16200 immunochemistry systems to provide consistent performance and confidence in clinical results. The ARCHITECT c4000 analyzer can generate up to 800 test results per hour. The integrated ci4100 can process up to 800 clinical chemistry tests and up to 100 immunoassay tests per hour. One operator can effectively handle workload on a single platform. A laboratory's impact on quality healthcare is based on the consistency with which it can provide fast and accurate sample results.
